Introduction
"Trading Plan Chrome Extension" (the "Extension") is a Chrome browser extension for creating, viewing, and managing pre-market trading plans in the side panel, synced with the Trading Plan web platform (longtou.online / tradingplan.day). This policy explains how the Extension handles data.
Information Collection
When you register or sign in, your email, username, and password are sent to the server you choose (longtou.online or tradingplan.day) for authentication. After sign-in, access tokens are stored locally in chrome.storage.local. Plans you create are synced to your account via API. We do not use your plan content for ads or sell it to third parties.
Data stored locally
- Access and refresh tokens
- Selected server region (China / overseas)
- Extension UI state and cache
This data stays in chrome.storage.local. It is removed when you uninstall the Extension or clear its data.
Network requests
The Extension sends HTTPS requests to the TradingPlan API (longtou.online or tradingplan.day) to sign in, register, and load or save pre-market plans. Sign-in/register requests include email and password; authenticated requests use a Bearer token and transmit plan content you create or edit.
Data Usage
Data collected and transmitted is used only to:
- Verify your account and keep you signed in
- Show, create, edit, and delete pre-market plans in the side panel
- Display today's plan count on the toolbar badge
- Send local pre-market reminder notifications on weekdays
Data Sharing
The Extension does not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or analytics. Plan data is stored on the TradingPlan server you choose, subject to that platform's terms and privacy policy.
Data Security
- Tokens and preferences are stored locally (chrome.storage.local)
- All server communication uses HTTPS
- You can sign out or uninstall the Extension to clear local data
Permission Description
The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions solely to provide the features above:
- storage: Save sign-in tokens, server preference, and UI state locally
- sidePanel: Show the plan list and editor in the browser side panel
- host_permissions: Access the TradingPlan API (longtou.online / tradingplan.day) to sign in and sync plans
- alarms: Locally check whether it is time for weekday pre-market reminders; no data uploaded
- notifications: Remind you to write pre-market plans around 8:30 on weekdays
Third-Party Services
Account and plan data are provided and stored by the Trading Plan web platform (longtou.online / tradingplan.day), subject to those sites' terms and privacy policies.
Children's Privacy
This app is suitable for users of all ages and does not collect any personal information.
Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time by:
- Sign out in the Extension to clear local tokens
- Uninstall the Extension or clear extension data to remove all local settings
- Delete your web account to remove server-side plan data (see the web privacy policy)
