Welcome to "Trading Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "this app"). Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using this app. By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

This app is a pre-market planning and review management tool that provides the following features:

  • • Create and manage daily action plans, predictions, and structured action plans
  • • Record intraday thoughts; use pre-market expectation templates for fast entry
  • • Track plan execution, prediction accuracy, and intraday thought correctness
  • • Write text-based reviews or record video reviews
  • • Log trade records and bind trading strategies and disciplines
  • • Review cards: bookmark trades, plans, or thoughts and shuffle through for reinforcement
  • • Node analysis: record pre/post views by dimension and sector; rename and import to generate predictions
  • • View statistical analysis data
  • • Optional iCloud Drive backup/sync (iOS), WebDAV backup, or API sync with the Trading Plan web platform

2. Free and Premium Plans

This app offers two tiers — Free and Premium (via subscription):

  • • Free Plan: Create up to 50 plans/predictions, 7 review entries, 50 trade records, 5 trading disciplines, 5 trading strategies, and 30 node analysis entries (each pre/post note counts as one). All basic features are available.
  • • Premium Plan: Unlocked via subscription. Higher limits for plans, records, disciplines, strategies, and node analysis, plus video review, full statistics, custom templates, and web platform sync.

3. Subscription Terms

Premium access is provided through auto-renewing subscriptions. Please note the following:

  • • Plans: Monthly subscription ($2.99/month) and Yearly subscription ($19.99/year)
  • • Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (iOS) or Google Play Account (Android) at confirmation of purchase
  • • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • • Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription management (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions)
  • • Refunds: Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • • Restore Purchase: If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can use the "Restore Purchase" feature to recover your subscription

4. User Conduct

By using this app, you agree to:

  • • Use the app only for lawful purposes
  • • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • • Not attempt to bypass free plan limits or the subscription mechanism
  • • Not use the app for any illegal activities

5. Data and Privacy

This app takes your privacy seriously:

  • • By default, all data (including plans, reviews, videos, etc.) is stored only on your device
  • • On iOS, you can enable iCloud Drive in the app to sync encrypted backups across your Apple devices (subject to Apple’s iCloud terms and your account settings)
  • • This app does not collect, upload, or share personal information for advertising or analytics
  • • WebDAV backup is optional and user-configured; data is sent only to the server you specify
  • • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information

Please note the following important disclaimers:

  • • This app is a planning and review tool and does not provide any investment advice or financial consulting services
  • • Any investment decisions you make based on information recorded in this app are at your own risk and responsibility
  • • This app is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the app
  • • This app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of this app and its content (including but not limited to design, code, icons, and copy) belong to the developer. Content you create while using this app belongs to you.

8. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • • Modify, suspend, or terminate any feature or service of this app at any time
  • • Update these Terms of Service; updated terms will be posted in the app or on our website
  • • If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using this app

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
